Kelly Williams - Administrative Assistant
Kelly served in the United States Navy for twenty-one years before retiring in 2004. After a series of interesting jobs in the new home construction, online retailing, and manufacturing industries, she found a place to use her “unique” skill set as the administrative assistant for Point of Grace. A wife, mother, and grandmother – Kelly treasures the beautiful blessing of the family that God has graced her with. Her greatest passion in ministry is watching Jesus transform lives and draw people into the meaningful life that He intends for them. One of her favorite scriptures is: 2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here!” When Kelly isn’t busy at Point of Grace, she enjoys building wheelchair ramps, cooking, gardening, and reading multiple books at the same time.
Michelle Turnipseed - Children's Ministry Director
Michelle is a native Texan who joined the Point of Grace staff in May 2015. She is a 1998 graduate of Texas Tech University and a 2002 graduate from Concordia University at Austin. She joined our team with experience teaching high school English and working for five years as the Children/Youth minister at a church prior to becoming a stay-at-home mom. After working for a non-profit missions organization, Michelle joined the staff with a heart to disciple adults to disciple children. Her driving philosophy is "If we don't teach our children to follow Christ, the world will teach them not to." Michelle and her husband love to entertain and they treasure memory-making with their three children. Meeting a friend for an almond milk latte is a favorite treat. She is an avid reader, loves to write, sing loudly while driving, and enjoys her morning runs and community of athletes at her Crossfit box. Favorite times of day are sipping her morning coffee and snuggling with each child during bedtime reading.
