Lord Jesus, there are only a few times when you told us exactly what to pray for. In Matthew 9:37-38 you told us, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Lord Jesus, we do pray earnestly!
You promised that the harvest is plentiful, and because it is plentiful that we should pray earnestly to you!
You are the Lord of the harvest.
Send laborers Lord! Send them!
We pray with desperation, with urgency, with great earnestness! Send them Lord Jesus!
You are the Lord of the harvest.
We are so thankful for your heart Lord Jesus!
You have compassion for all those who are hurting, all those who are suffering, all those disconnected.
You are readying them for harvest.
You are preparing them for rescue … for deliverance.
You are the Lord of the harvest.
Holy Spirit come upon us to pray with great boldness for harvest laborers.
We pray that they would come and the harvest would commence!
Give us the ability to pray MORE.
We are praying for MORE PRAYER!
And for more PRAY-ERS!
We pray for more harvest laborers to pray and pray and pray.
Help us see ourselves in that as we pray for even more.
You are the Lord of the harvest.
In Luke 10, you gave us the same command to pray! And there you show us also that you give us authority over the darkness and how because of the harvest workers you send, you even saw Satan fall like lightning! Empower us by your Spirit as we pray!
Remind us of your promises as we pray!
Unleash your authority through us as we pray!
You are the Lord of the harvest.
We rejoice not that the demons are subject to your Name, but that our names are written in heaven.
Help us see with new eyes that through the harvest, more and more names shall be written in heaven.
We pray earnestly Lord!
You, O Lord Jesus Christ, are the Lord of the harvest.
Thank You for calling me to CONTEND in prayer with You for spiritual renewal in every heart, home, church and this region. Pour out Your Spirit, Lord Jesus, awakening the lost to faith, readying Your church to join You in Your mission and sending workers into the fields ripe for harvest.
