We Pray for HEARTS
“My heart is yours, and no one can snatch it from your hands. Jesus, you are my shield and my fortress. Thank you for meeting me here today and showing me your heart. I love you. I praise you. And I give you all the glory.”
“I receive and declare Your power and reign over my HEART this day as I come to You in prayer. Recapture my HEART so I may pray unceasingly and ‘NEVER STOP PRAYING!’”
“Thank you, Father, that you are our provider, our comforter, our rescuer. Comfort our hearts today. Help us receive Your comfort.”
“Let your light in us shine so brightly that everywhere we go, the darkness has to recede because the light of your Spirit in us is too bright for it to remain.”
We pray for Homes
“Revive our hearts where love has grown cold. Rekindle in us a burning desire for Your Word and a deep devotion to prayer. Where apathy has taken root, plant zeal for Your kingdom. Where unforgiveness has lingered, pour out the spirit of reconciliation and peace.”
So, we now approach your throne of grace with confidence, contending now in prayer for homes and families: our own families, our church’s families, our community’s families and families across this region.
“Teach me, Lord, how to honor You here in my home. Please help me with my conversations in speaking or texting with family members and/or friends. Jesus, You are so gracious, help me STOP and seek You first, before I speak.”
“I ask you to fill and saturate my home and every member of my household and family with your Spirit, producing in them love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
WE PRAY FOR CHURCHES
“Give us supernatural strength when we grow weary, Lord, so that we may not lose heart and may never stop praying. Send us brothers and sisters in our Body to come alongside us…”
“We need help to set aside preferences and petty arguments to become one in you, functioning together as ONE body.”
“We thank you for your mercy that triumphs over judgment. We receive your grace and your mercy and ask that you would pour out your spirit on us. We cannot love like you without you. And your love is the only answer.”
Jesus, you said people would know we are your disciples by how we love one another. Forgive us for the times we have not loved one another as you have loved us.
WE PRAY FOR OUR REGION
“You send rain on the just and on the unjust. We thank you for the gift of Life we’ve been given, for the forgiveness of all our sins, and for Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross and triumphant resurrection.“
“We call for the rain of the Holy Spirit to saturate dry ground. We call for the fire of God to ignite cold hearts. We call for a wave of repentance that sweeps through homes and streets, turning hearts back to the Father.”
“Holy Spirit, we ask you to bring a gentle, cleansing, REFRESHING upon our region. Give us ALL the gift of green pastures. Lead us ALL up to still waters. Spirit, let EVERYONE here feel your soft, cool breeze.”
“Rip out the narratives of ‘it’s too late’ and ‘it won’t work’ and ‘we’ve lost this’ or ‘we’ve lost that’ and replace them with your promises of ‘BEHOLD, I MAKE ALL THINGS NEW!’”
WE PRAY FOR THE LORD TO AWAKEN THE LOST
“Every scattered one is being gathered. North, south, east, and west—release the sons and daughters who belong to the fold of God. Nations will give up their captives. Cities will no longer hold them bound.”
“There are people in my life that need your intervention RIGHT NOW. They need your rescue and redemption. They are walking in darkness and need your light.”
“Remove the veil from their eyes and let them behold the beauty of Your saving cross and the power of Your life-giving resurrection. Bring them into divine appointments where Your Word will be heard and Your Spirit will move.”
“Right now, these lost ones I pray for do not yet know You, but You can awaken faith in their hearts, just as You did in mine. So I stand in the gap today and wage spiritual warfare on their behalf.”
WE PRAY FOR READINESS
“In Romans 12, You say there are many members in Christ and each one belongs to all the others…we have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.”
“Ready us to join you NOW. Equip each of us in our readiness, in our capabilities, in our capacities.”
“Ready us as leaders by growing in us a burning zeal for Your presence, a passion for prayer, a love that learns to listen for Your voice, a rhythm of repentance, a willingness to ‘wait on the Lord,’ absolute conviction that You Jesus are the Lord and Leader of Your body and all the ministry that happens in it and through it.”
“Give us soft hearts and hard feet, especially in the way we feel and act toward those far from God or the Church. Break our hearts for what breaks yours!”
WE PRAY FOR THE LORD TO SEND HIS WORKERS INTO THE FIELDS RIPE FOR HARVEST
“Send laborers Lord! Send them! We pray with desperation, with urgency, with great earnestness! Send them Lord Jesus! You are the Lord of the harvest.”
“Awaken Your sleeping church. Breathe life into dry bones. Set hearts ablaze with the urgency of eternity. Remove every barrier of distraction. Thwart every destructive assault of the enemy. Break the chains that hold us back from fully surrendering to Your mission.”
“Raise up evangelists, teachers, prophets, pastors, apostles, witnesses, and willing workers in Your harvest field. Send them out to the nations, and into our neighborhoods. Anoint them with power. Equip them with truth. Clothe them with humility. Send them with Your authority, provision, and protection.”
“Mobilize your church, mobilize me, mobilize us … Send… send… send … across the world and across the street …lives depend on it.”
WE PRAY FOR THE PRAYERS TO CONTINUE BEYOND 100
“Lord Jesus, we continue to pray in the blessed assurance that You are pouring out Your Spirit to advance Your Kingdom among us—awakening the lost to faith, readying Your church to join You in Your mission, and sending workers into the fields ripe for harvest. Empower us to walk in these things!”
“Grant that these 100 days were just the beginning. Please grow in us the fervor to pray beyond the 100, more and more and more.”
